Stage 2 load-shedding to continue on Monday

JOHANNESBURG – Despite its best efforts to get generators back up and running, Eskom says load-shedding will continue on Monday.

Planned power cuts returned this weekend after a number of generating units broke down.

UPDATE: Eskom announces Stage 2 load-shedding

Stage two load-shedding will resume at 9 on Monday morning, and continue until 10pm.

Eskom expects power constraints throughout the week because of the cold front

The power utility is urging people to use electricity wisely.
